About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences through efficient and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

The Night Manager will be responsible for a range of operational and financial duties during the overnight shift. This includes:

• Managing nightly audits and financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
• Overseeing the complete and accurate posting of the day’s financial activities across all departments.
• Ensuring payment integrity by verifying financial and credit card transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyzing reporting anomalies, identifying root causes, and collaborating with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Supporting overnight operations by assisting with guest issues and emergency situations.
• Supervising and supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
