About the Sales Accountant Role

Zoomlion Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to manage accounts receivable, customer payments, and revenue recognition processes. The role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable (AR) function, including preparing customer Statements of Account (SOA), reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Accurately allocate customer payments to the corresponding contracts.
• Oversee shipping procedures by verifying contracts and payments before approving machine shipments.
• Handle revenue recording and invoicing for all machine and part product lines, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of invoices in compliance with company policies and contracts.
• Utilize SAP for end-to-end invoicing, conduct error checks, and maintain data integrity within the sales accounting system.
• Manage customer return procedures according to company policies.
• Perform accounting tasks related to the credit insurance process.
• Provide financial support to the sales team and other departments to resolve finance-related issues.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc assignments as directed by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Economics.
• A minimum of 5 years of general ledger accounting experience in large and medium-sized enterprises.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles and accounting work experience.
• Familiarity with national fiscal and tax policies, as well as enterprise financial systems and processes.
