About Cenomi Centers and the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a Senior Manager Development to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the planning and development of the company's retail projects, from initial concept through to the pre-construction phase. The role ensures that all development initiatives are aligned with Cenomi's commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager Development is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of assigned retail projects. This involves overseeing critical stages such as planning, design, securing necessary approvals, and managing pre-construction activities. The role requires effective coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects advance according to established program objectives and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day development management of assigned retail projects through planning, design, approvals, and pre-construction activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external stakeholders to progress projects in line with programme objectives.
• Manage the design development process, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, operationally efficient, and aligned with Cenomi standards.
• Support feasibility studies, development strategies, project budgets, and business case preparation.
• Monitor project progress, key risks, approvals, and critical milestones, providing regular reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Development, Leasing, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and other business units.
• Support value engineering initiatives and drive continuous improvement throughout the development process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in retail real estate development or development management.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of development processes.
• Proficiency in design management.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder coordination.
• Solid commercial decision-making capabilities.
