Join Pay Back as a Marketing Specialist!
Pay Back is a growing Fintech Platform that helps users manage their subscriptions and pay them off through cashback. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to aid in boosting our brand presence.

Role Description:

Content & Video Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit marketing videos for social media, websites, paid ads, and product campaigns. Create short-form content optimized for engagement and conversions and develop long-form educational and promotional videos.
Social Media & Digital Content: Write engaging captions and scripts, optimize content for reach and performance, and repurpose long-form content into micro-content assets.
Performance & Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics, A/B test various elements, optimize paid ad creatives, and provide regular performance reports with insights.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales skills with the ability to collaborate with sales teams
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage

نبحث عن مدير تسويق متمكن لقيادة استراتيجيات التسويق وتطوير الحملات الإعلانية المبتكرة لتعزيز نمو الشركة وزيادة الوصول للعملاء المستهدفين. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إدارة فريق التسويق وتحليل السوق ووضع الخطط التسويقية طويلة وقصيرة المدى، بالإضافة إلى متابعة أداء الحملات وقياس عائد الاستثمار التسويقي. المطلوب خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التسويق وإتقان أدوات التسويق الرقمي ومهارات قيادية متميزة مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التطور.
