Join Smile Dental Clinic as a Customer Services Specialist!

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to welcome and assist patients in our dental clinic. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and receiving patients upon arrival
  • Scheduling and coordinating doctors' appointments
  • Confirming appointments through phone calls and WhatsApp messages
  • Issuing treatment invoices and collecting payments after each session
  • Handling incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Applying customer service principles when interacting with patients and performing basic marketing tasks
  • Preparing reports for treated patients or as requested by management

Qualifications:
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a dental clinic
  • Polite phone etiquette and good communication skills
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize work

Join DSV as a Customer Service Agent!
As a Customer Service Agent at DSV, you will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional customer service standards through operational excellence in freight operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing documentation and ensuring the smooth handling of all freight activities for both current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to all DSV customers.
  • Interact with customers and vendors to establish DSV SOPs and keep customers informed regarding arrival times, delays, or transit issues.
  • Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and correctly handled using the best medium for correspondence.
  • Send routing, follow up with origin, and update customers on the status of freight until arrival in Saudi Arabia.
  • Update tracking sheets daily and negotiate rates with carriers.
  • Create jobs in CW1 for all export shipments.
  • Quote agents and customers for all export inquiries and monitor communications with customers, carriers, and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates to the Line Manager and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in freight operations are required.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism and integrity in actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
