Job Title:
Sales and Customer Service Representative (with experience in the events field)
Employer:
WePlay – Event and Interactive Experience Company in Riyadh
Main Tasks:
• Receiving customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram and responding quickly and professionally
• Collecting and organizing order details within the CRM system
• Providing suitable ideas and services for each client based on the type of event
• Preparing professional quotes and proposals
• Following up with clients and encouraging them to close the order
• Suggesting additional services (Upselling) to increase order value
• Coordinating with the internal team and suppliers to ensure events are executed efficiently
• Being present on-site during events when needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in events or entertainment.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs (Word - Excel - PowerPoint).
