Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing and brand events to align with client goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for successful event delivery.
- Oversee event logistics, timelines, and budgets to meet project objectives.
- Support creative event concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Manage on-site operations and post-event reporting.
- Handle administrative duties, documentation, and supplier coordination.
- Control purchasing and petty cash.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize cost savings.
- Submit quarterly supplier performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management.
- Ability to train clients on service usage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in media production or creative industries is advantageous.
