At Avient Corporation, we are dedicated to innovation and quality. We are looking for a QC Technician who will play a crucial role in ensuring that our finished products meet or exceed customer specifications and established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine testing of finished goods.
- Evaluate test results and recommend adjustments to ensure product conformity.
- Document and investigate any nonconformities or product failures.
- Maintain accurate quality control records and manage control samples.
- Conduct internal calibration and routine checks of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with 6S practices within the laboratory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the polymer or plastics industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of English for effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
