• Achieve line availability and equipment readiness.

About The Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment and systems. Your strong mechanical expertise combined with electrical knowledge will be essential in ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime, particularly focusing on critical production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, advanced troubleshooting, and timely repairs on critical industrial equipment, including CNC machines, Lathes, Drills, and Compressors.
• Execute and optimize the scheduled preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Diagnose, repair, and overhaul complex mechanical systems, including power transmission components, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
• Handle electrical maintenance tasks such as wiring, motor control circuit troubleshooting, and basic fault diagnosis.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, spare parts consumption, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all work execution.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical trade certification.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of critical equipment.
