حول الدور:
انضم إلى هاليان، منظمة عالمية في مجال التكنولوجيا والاستشارات، كأخصائي أعمال في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يركز هذا الدور على تقديم حلول مبتكرة تدعم التحول والتحديث المؤسسي. ستعمل على مشاريع معقدة، لضمان توافق متطلبات الأعمال بشكل فعال مع الحلول التقنية.

المسؤوليات:
  • رسم خرائط العمليات التجارية مقابل قدرات النظام طوال دورة حياة النظام لتلبية متطلبات الأعمال والأهداف الاستراتيجية.
  • ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال والوظائف إلى مواصفات تقنية والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان توافق الحلول.
  • التفاعل مع العملاء للحصول على متطلبات واضحة وموجزة مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
  • تطوير وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال والتقنية، لضمان الكفاءة في العمليات والمهام.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال مركزية بين العملاء والفرق الداخلية لجمع المتطلبات.
  • التواصل مع الموردين الخارجيين وتقديم النصيحة لفرق المشروع حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات والمهارات:
  • تعليم على مستوى درجة في تخصص ذي صلة.
  • حد أدنى من 7 سنوات من الخبرة في تحليل الأعمال، بما في ذلك تقديم مشاريع معقدة متعددة.
  • فهم قوي للمنصات وأنظمة التشغيل والبيئات التقنية.
  • معرفة أساسية بمبادئ وممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
  • شهادات مثل PMI-PBA® أو CAPM® مرغوبة.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات والتواصل ممتازة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحديد التحسينات بشكل استباقي.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and ensure expectations are managed effectively.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance business analysis practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within Agile teams.
  • Strong experience in process modeling, requirements documentation, data analysis, and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and settlement systems.
  • Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Capital Market solutions such as Murex or Nasdaq.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.

  • المساعدة في العمل الروتيني وتصعيد القضايا حسب الحاجة.

الخبرة المطلوبة
يجب أن يكون لديك من 2 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في تحليل الأعمال والتقارير.

التعليم
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال مطلوبة.
