Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a proactive and skilled Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiencies. As a leader in the bedding industry, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and exceptional service. In this important role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring cohesive collaboration across all departments to achieve our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in operations management software and data analysis.
  • Male, with an age range of 35 to 45.
  • Saudi or Lebanese national.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع: قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع MEP من التحضير إلى التسليم، مع ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد ضمن الميزانية والمعايير المطلوبة للجودة.
  • التخطيط والتوجيه التشغيلي: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تنفيذ المشاريع والإشراف على المشتريات واللوجستيات.
  • قيادة الفريق وإدارة الموارد: إدارة الفرق وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
  • المراقبة التجارية والتعاقدية: دعم الفرق التجارية في التحكم في التكاليف والتفاعل مع العملاء.
  • الصحة والسلامة والامتثال: الالتزام باللوائح الصحية والسلامة والبيئة من خلال التدقيقات والاجتماعات المنتظمة.

معايير الاختيار:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية، مع فهم قوي للأطر التنظيمية السعودية.
