Role Overview:
This role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding accounts while driving sustainable growth in enterprise and government sectors. The ideal candidate should be able to originate, shape, and close high-value service-led opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Focus on business development in enterprise, semi-government, and government sectors.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives and convert business challenges into solution-focused proposals.
  • Account Development: Execute growth strategies for key accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with pre-sales engineers and consultants to support proposal development and customer engagements.
  • Sales Governance: Own the sales cycle and maintain CRM data accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or IT services sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and technology ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience selling to enterprise or government entities.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as necessary.

  • The “Hunter” Mentality: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets in a competitive environment.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong ability to understand financial statements, ROI projections, and market valuations.
  • Network: An existing network of high-level contacts in the Saudi business ecosystem.
  • Communication: Fluent in Arabic (essential for local networking) and English (for international partnerships).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing.

Job Objective
To develop and expand the company’s business by identifying new project opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers, and contributing to increasing contract volume and achieving sustainable growth for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Continuously search for new project opportunities in the construction sector (governmental and private).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and project management firms.
  • Monitor tenders and announced projects and analyze their alignment with the company’s strategy.
  • Coordinate with the technical department and technical office to prepare technical and financial proposals.
  • Conduct market studies and analyze competitors and market trends.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and construction industry events.
  • Negotiate with clients and participate in contract closing.
  • Follow up with clients after contract award to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of business.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, contract status, and progress rates.
  • Contribute to developing business development plans and achieving defined sales targets.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural) or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market, contracting methods, and tendering processes.
  • Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
