Join Hitachi Energy as a Service Sales Manager!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive and implement our service sales strategy within the company. In this role, you will report on and monitor the progress of the sales initiatives, ensuring contract strategies and project proposals are aligned with customer requirements and internal policies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify, discuss, review, and negotiate contracts to maximize financial and operational performance.
  • Document any necessary changes during contract execution.
  • Assess and monitor contract success, ensuring timely execution of commercial aspects.
  • Collaborate with technical and financial staff as well as legal teams to enhance service sales.
  • Achieve assigned KPIs for multiple Business Units and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to compliance with internal and external regulations.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in service sales.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • 58 years of experience in channel sales or partner account management.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven success in building and scaling channel ecosystems in competitive markets.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Additional Skills:
  • Alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Willing to travel across KSA and attend meetings in the UAE.
