We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to lead key sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and represent our hotel with professionalism in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across all segments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
