About the Role
The Purchasing Manager will oversee and manage all procurement activities to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services while adhering to budget and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

  • Analytical and decision-making skills for data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Experience in construction or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.

 * التفاوض الاحترافي: التفاوض بفعالية مع تجار الجملة، المزارع، وموردي المعدات لبناء علاقات استراتيجية والحصول على أفضل الشروط التجارية.
 * التخطيط والتنفيذ: تنفيذ جميع عمليات الشراء بما يتماشى مع خطط الشركة وميزانيتها المعتمدة.
 * المشتريات العامة: تولي مسؤولية شراء وتوفير أي متطلبات أو احتياجات أخرى تطلبها إدارة الشركة (سواءً كانت تشغيلية، إدارية، أو غيرها).
🎯 الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
 * الخبرة الفنية: خبرة سابقة وكافية جداً في سوق الفواكه، العصائر، ومستلزماتها (معرفة المواسم، الجودة، طرق التخزين، والأسعار).
 * المهارات التقنية: إجادة التعامل مع التقنية بكفاءة (استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر، برامج الأوفيس، أنظمة المشتريات وتخطيط الموارد ERP، والبريد الإلكتروني).
 * المرونة والعملية: الاستعداد التام للقيام بالمهام اليدوية والميدانية بنفسه وعدم الاكتفاء بالعمل المكتبي.
 * المهارات الشخصية: قدرة عالية على التواصل، التفاوض، وحل المشكلات بمرونة وسرعة.
 * متطلبات أخرى: رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول ومعرفة ممتازة بالموردين والأسواق المحلية.
