Join our team as an Office Manager at Al-bilad Co. for Consultancies & Solutions! We are seeking a skilled professional to handle the organization of daily office operations and support senior management effectively.

Job Objective:
To organize the daily administrative operations of the office, coordinate work schedules, and support senior management in efficiently executing tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organize appointments and meetings and maintain the agenda.
  • Prepare and draft official letters and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and archive documents and files in an organized manner.
  • Oversee daily administrative and logistical office tasks.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative work or an executive secretarial role.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (*, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

  • Coordinate communication and interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including environmental sustainability efforts.
  • Supervise and train office staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage event preparations and assist in HR-related tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory standards affecting office operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or senior administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex administrative challenges and work under pressure.
