Join our team as an Office Manager at J:OIL.
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective and rapid communication between the company's branches, showrooms, and both external and internal offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize executive agendas and assist in planning appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Reserve and prepare meeting rooms for the direct supervisor.
  • Send invitations and welcome attendees for the direct supervisor’s meetings.
  • Take notes during meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Efficiently store and retrieve documents and files.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality in handling different types of data.
  • Draft correspondence in both Arabic and English to a high standard.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the relevant job field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) and a good level of English.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High sense of urgency, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic executive schedule and travel requirements.
