Job Title: Manager - Regional Retail

Job Purpose: To oversee and drive the performance of retail stores within a designated region by ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regional Sales Management: Drive sales performance across all stores in the region to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Store Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all retail outlets in the region.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support store managers to build high-performing teams.
• Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
• Coordination: Monitor stock levels in regional warehouses and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration)

Experience: Minimum six years of experience in retail management.

Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.

Critically, you will be responsible for delivering the region budget, increasing market share and revenues, and providing the highest quality of customer service.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 12 years of progressive Sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity as a Country, Territory, or Regional Manager in the aviation industry.

Naturally, you must possess a proven track record in major airline business processes and knowledge of modern distribution technology.
