Join Olayan Saudi Holding Company as a Legal Assistant!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and managing various legal documents and providing support in transactional legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and amend legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support timely and accurate legal advice.
Assess potential risks and opportunities associated with transactions.
Carry out legal due diligence on joint ventures.
Coordinate with external law firms and governmental bodies.
Maintain accurate records of all legal transactions and external communications.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Law or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the legal domain. Previous experience in transactions is highly preferred.
