نبحث عن مضيفة ودودة ومحترفة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. بصفتك النقطة الأولى للتواصل مع ضيوفنا، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في خلق جو مرحب وضمان تجربة طعام إيجابية.
  • تحية واستقبال الضيوف بأسلوب دافئ وودود
  • إدارة الحجوزات وترتيبات الجلوس بكفاءة
  • مرافقة الضيوف إلى طاولاتهم وتقديم قوائم الطعام
  • التنسيق مع النُدُل وموظفي المطبخ لضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة
  • رد على المكالمات الهاتفية والاستجابة للاستفسارات حول المطعم
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة الاستقبال
  • المساعدة في الفعاليات الخاصة والعروض الترويجية
  • معالجة مخاوف وشكاوى الضيوف بشكل احترافي

المؤهلات
