At Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center, we are looking for a dedicated Host / Hostess to enhance our guests' experience with exceptional service and warm hospitality. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- Manage reservations and seating plans to ensure smooth operation.
- Make recommendations on food and drink selections.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Manage wait times effectively during peak hours.
- Assist in training new staff.
- Participate in meetings to stay updated on daily specials and events.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Saudi National.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Professional appearance and ability to multitask.
