In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and interactive activities that captivate students, fostering a safe and motivating educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish classroom management and create a safe, motivating learning environment.
• Record attendance, track grades, and assess both academic and social performance of students.
• Provide care for students emotionally and socially, while developing their personal, social, and physical skills.
• Inform parents about student progress and send periodic reports, especially in cases of remote learning.
• Utilize digital technologies and virtual learning platforms (like Teams), providing resources for self-directed learning.
• Identify learning difficulties and address them, offering tailored support for students.
• Attend meetings and training workshops to enhance teaching skills.

Skills Required:

• Experience in teaching mathematics in the elementary phase.
• Ability to develop lesson plans according to the curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital technologies for learning.
• Commitment to the emotional and social development of students.
