Job Purpose
Your role as an English Teacher is crucial in ensuring student success and helping them reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS® curriculum and philosophy through consistent use of our teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a class using provided lesson plans and develop lesson plans as needed.
• Mark exams related to the taught subject in accordance with the department's schedule.
• Discuss student performance and disciplinary issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD).
• Implement the SABIS® Point System to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Provide support to academically low-performing students.
• Participate in student life events and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Engage in professional development sessions to enhance teaching efficacy.

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• Strong communication skills and ethical conduct.
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and accountability.
