Role Overview:
As a Waiter within our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for taking reservations and carrying out operational tasks to serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with corporate and hotel policies and procedures.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Safeguard guests' personal information and uphold confidentiality.
• Understand and explain the outlet's concept and offerings to guests.
• Ensure proper mise en place before and during the service.
• Operate the point of sales system for processing orders.
• Deliver friendly and efficient service, up-selling offerings as appropriate.
