Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive landscape and public realm designs in line with project goals and local regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscaping with architectural and engineering plans.
- Conduct site analyses and environmental assessments to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Incorporate sustainable practices and native species in designs.
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Manage project budgets effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in landscape engineering or related fields.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software and landscape design software.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and local flora.
- Familiarity with Riyadh's urban planning regulations.
- Proven track record in public realm project design and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
