Join Dar Al Riyadh as a Landscape Engineer!We are seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer to oversee end-to-end project delivery in landscape architecture. You will be involved in design coordination, tender reviews, construction supervision, and handover processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee landscape project delivery including management of design and construction phases.
- Review and provide feedback on design packages and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Supervise on-site landscape implementation focusing on both hardscape and softscape aspects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction issues.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all activities.
- Prepare status reports and maintain documentation.
- Support the tender process by preparing and reviewing technical proposals.
Essential Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale landscape projects, especially within the GCC region.
- Strong technical knowledge of landscape materials and irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
