Join Dar Al Riyadh as a Landscape EngineerWe are looking for a talented Landscape Engineer to develop innovative landscape design concepts and ensure the execution of high-quality projects. As a key member of our design team, you will work on large-scale landscape projects while adhering to the Saudi climate and sustainability principles.
Responsibilities:- Develop innovative landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed layouts for projects.
- Prepare comprehensive drawings, planting plans, and construction details.
- Conduct thorough site analysis, including environmental conditions.
- Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and design intent.
- Review and refine design proposals based on client feedback, regulatory requirements, and technical considerations.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material approvals.
- Oversee on-site implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic expectations.
- Engage in plant selection and irrigation planning, ensuring designs are sustainable.
- Stay updated with global landscape design trends, materials, and best practices.
Essential Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in large-scale landscape projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and optional tools like Lumion/Revit/GIS.
- Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and site implementation methods.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmental design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
