In this role, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of landscape architects, urban designers, and master planners.
What You'll Be Doing:- Collaborate with the master planning team to develop design at the landscape master planning level.
- Provide design leadership and mentoring to the landscape studio staff.
- Manage projects through all aspects of the design process, particularly during the early design stages.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and manage activities of sub-consultants for project delivery.
- Assist the business development team in preparing technical and financial proposals.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Skills:- Team-oriented and collaborative approach to landscape architecture.
- Expert understanding of the regional construction industry and local methods impacting design.
- Commitment to quality design and solid communication skills with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in design-related software including BIM, Adobe suites, and 3D modeling software.
- Minimum of sixteen (16+) years of continuous experience in landscape architecture, with international experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
Desired Skills:- A willingness to enhance landscape architecture skills and efficiency.
- Proven planting design and horticultural knowledge.
- Professional registration with a recognized association (CMLI / ASLA / ALIA) is a plus.
