We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst specializing in Planning & Performance Management within the Oil & Gas Upstream sector. This role is integral to our financial planning and performance assessment processes, providing insights that drive the strategic direction of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models and prepare comprehensive forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and analyze variances.
- Adapt to complexity in upstream operations ensuring financial objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Familiar with business process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
