About the Role
The Digitization Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in supporting our digitization projects. You will be responsible for accurately entering, validating, and updating data within our digital systems, ensuring that we maintain reliable and organized digital records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data from physical and digital documents into databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Update and maintain digital records and logs.
- Follow data entry standards, formatting, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform basic quality checks and corrections.
- Assist digitization teams with document tracking and reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or digitization support.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Required Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and database systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
