About the Sales Manager Role at Hilton

Hilton is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves generating and managing group sales, contributing to memorable guest experiences through the delivery of hospitality services.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for a range of duties focused on driving revenue and client engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and converting new business through research, prospecting, and qualifying leads via proactive outreach and database mining to meet group sales targets.
• Building and maintaining client relationships by serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to increase room revenue and profitability.
• Developing targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and achieve sales goals.
• Managing the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while optimizing revenue.
• Coordinating customer requirements for bookings, including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information into the hotel’s sales management system.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires a candidate with a foundational level of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a relevant field.
