Responsibilities:
- Sterilize and disinfect medical tools and equipment according to established protocols.
- Maintain and operate sterilization equipment.
- Document sterilization procedures accurately and consistently.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with nurses and doctors to ensure instruments are ready when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in medical sterilization or related field.
- Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of biological safety and sterilization procedures.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
