At SLS Red Sea, a Waiter/Server plays a key role in delivering an elevated and dynamic dining experience that is bold, playful, and personal. Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing attentive, high-quality food and beverage service while supporting the overall operation of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent, professional service of all food and beverage offerings in accordance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
Ensure a smooth flow of daily operations and support the Supervisor in meeting service quality and guest satisfaction goals.
Act as a liaison between the kitchen and the service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs for an engaging dining experience.
Confidently handle guest inquiries, comments, or complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the dining area.
Use POS systems efficiently for order-taking and billing processes.
Monitor product quality and communicate inconsistencies to the Supervisor or Chef.
Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
Assist in daily and weekly inventory checks and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
Support the bar operations when required.
Attend pre-shift briefings and training sessions.
Deliver highly personalized service to all guests, ensuring each feels recognized and valued.
