At ENALA, we are looking for a passionate Barista to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including different types of coffee.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between ﷼190000 and ﷼240000 per month.

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival.
- Provide customers with drink menus and answer any questions about ingredients.
- Take orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prepare beverages according to established recipes.
- Serve beverages and prepared food items, such as cookies, pastries, and muffins.
- Process payments and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace.
- Keep a stock of clean mugs and plates.
- Ensure brewing equipment is in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Relay customer feedback to management and suggest new menu items.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is required.
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
- A strong understanding of sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Ability to understand and gauge customer preferences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A high school diploma is required; relevant training is a plus.
