Join Our Team as a Call Center Representative
We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals for the role of Call Center Representative at Boundless Consulting, located in Abha, Saudi Arabia. This position is part of a two-month project in Jazan, ensuring you have the opportunity to engage directly with customers while working for a leading live communications agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers professionally.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Provide customers with relevant product and service information.
Process forms, orders, and applications as requested.
Identify priority issues and escalate them to management.
Route calls to the appropriate departments.
Follow up on complex inquiries where necessary.
Maintain detailed call notes and reports in the CRM system.
Manage administration tasks and communication with internal teams.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
