We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia, specifically covering the Jeddah and Makkah regions in a full-time capacity.

Role Purpose and Strategic Oversight

The Area Sales Manager will provide comprehensive leadership and strategic oversight for the assigned area. This role is accountable for driving sales growth, ensuring profitability, maintaining financial health, achieving operational excellence, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Key objectives include meeting commercial targets, expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, optimizing logistics performance, and developing a high-performing team to support long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the area commercial strategy, aligning with global company direction to ensure sustainable growth in volume, revenue, and market share.
• Set annual sales targets for the area and cascade them across team members, territories, channels, and product categories.
• Lead the implementation of the sales strategy across all channels, including Artisan, Industrial, Retail, Horea, and key accounts.
• Manage and grow large/key accounts, negotiating agreements, improving profitability, and maximizing product penetration.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Monitor competitive activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics, proposing proactive actions to protect and grow market position.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, logistics, distribution, customer service, and technical activities, ensuring seamless execution and high service quality.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting to support production planning, order management, and stock availability.
• Achieve all financial KPIs for the area, including Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and cost controls.
• Maintain overdue payments within company requirements to ensure healthy cash flow and mitigate financial risk.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the area team to achieve peak performance, acting as the primary leadership reference for the region.
• Build a high-performing sales force capable of reaching targets, maintaining discipline, and driving customer satisfaction.
• Identify skill gaps and ensure continuous development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the food ingredients or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing profitability, and overseeing operational efficiency.
