Role Overview: Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor (Sales) to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves assisting the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of trade marketing initiatives. The primary objective is to deliver increased sales growth and profit for Almarai by ensuring effective category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, POSM, and in-store promotion activities are executed in collaboration with the Regional Sales team. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and review merchandising planograms and oversee their implementation across the sales region.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are considered for achieving merchandising excellence.
Explore, organize, and review all regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
Coordinate and roll out initiatives with local agencies, ensuring effective marketing interaction.
Work with the sales and merchandising team on all confirmed store-specific projects to create and agree upon implementation plans.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
