About the Role

ڤراڤلو is seeking a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Trainer to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on enhancing sales performance and elevating the customer experience within a luxury or premium retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting effective training sessions for sales employees.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Utilizing role-playing techniques to assess and improve employee performance.
• Focusing on enhancing customer experience strategies.
• Training staff on upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Collaborating effectively with branch managers to ensure training alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Demonstrated experience in Luxury or Premium Retail.
• Proven experience in training sales staff.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Customer Experience principles.
• Proficiency in Upselling & Cross-selling strategies.
• Experience in building Training Programs and SOPs.
• Good command of the English language.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with branch managers.
• Ability to conduct role-play scenarios and evaluate employee performance constructively.
• A strong and influential personality suitable for a training role.
