In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training sessions, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting them in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fitness assessments and understand client goals.
  • Design and deliver personalized training programs.
  • Ensure proper exercise technique and client safety.
  • Track progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Build strong client relationships to enhance retention.
  • Provide basic guidance on lifestyle and wellness.
  • Maintain a clean and professional training environment.
  • Support gym growth by promoting training services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, energetic, and client-focused.

  • Strong hands-on experience in personal training or EMS-based training is advantageous.

  • Ability to motivate, coach, and engage clients effectively.
  • Professional attitude with a strong service orientation and a safety mindset.

Language Requirements:
  • English: Required
  • Arabic: Preferred (Optional)
