Join Ajax Systems as a Business Development Manager!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets consistently by meeting quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans in the UAE that align with company objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new partners and pursue business opportunities aligned with the growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Prepare presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar field.
  • Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia, particularly from Jeddah.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control and video surveillance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

  • شبكة قوية من العملاء في قطاعات السلع الاستهلاكية السريعة والتجزئة عبر المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • مهارات تواصل، تفاوض، وعرض ممتازة.
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
  • مدفوع ذاتياً، موجه نحو النتائج، وشغوف بالنمو.
