Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the therapy team to ensure delivery of optimum service to guests.
- Develop and enforce adherence to treatment standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maximize profit by driving revenues and controlling costs within the spa business.
- Ensure a consistent great experience that exceeds expectations.
- Direct operations of the facility with strategic planning for cost-effectiveness.
- Promote and sell customized spa programs and packages.
About You:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A tertiary education degree.
- Recognized qualifications within the spa industry.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management position at a 5-star spa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
