Responsibilities:
- Set up machines for production cycles including calibration and cleaning.
- Control and adjust machine settings.
- Feed raw materials into machines and inspect parts using precision tools.
- Test machine operations periodically and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain records of output and defects.
Policies, Processes, and Procedures:
- Follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure consistent work quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Promote adherence to company procedures among colleagues.
Safety, Health, and Environment:
- Comply with safety management policies to ensure a healthy work environment.
- Participate in safety investigations as needed.
- Report any changes affecting safety and health protocols.
