Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresh graduate or Proven experience in a customer service role is plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
