• Promote and sell our services related to product conformity, testing, and certification.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals until deal closure.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience in technical sales or certification/conformity assessment services is preferred.
• Knowledge of SASO and SFDA regulations and applicable standards.
• Familiarity with ISO management systems and conformity marks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop new business opportunities within the fire protection systems industry, including Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Pumps, and more.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of our services and capabilities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Engage with consultants, contractors, end users, and developers to build relationships.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Assist with technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in fire protection systems sales.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection standards and codes (*, NFPA, FM, local authorities).
• Proven track record in technical sales or solution-based selling.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions.
