Your Responsibilities:

Support the smooth operation of the banquets department, ensuring high standards of guest service.
Work collaboratively within a team to maximize guest satisfaction.
Take ownership of assigned duties, delivering them in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to departmental plans and objectives, while achieving hotel targets.
Build effective working relationships and promote company culture and values.
Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices for service delivery.

Qualifications:

Saudi nationality is required.
At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
A degree in hospitality is preferred.
A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to exceptional guest service.
Strong communication skills and experience with IT systems.
