HR Manager

About the Role

Reval Operations Maintenance is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position involves leading and managing all human resources operations within the company, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all human resources operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management processes.
• Manage employee relations and handle labor-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government HR platforms.
• Prepare and monitor HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports, and budgets.
• Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce plans.
• Support senior management with HR-related decisions and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience in a leadership role.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in analytical tasks and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
