Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather market prices, delivery times, and trends to implement effective purchasing programs.
  • Review orders and coordinate with finance for approvals.
  • Implement cost-saving measures by confirming availability.
  • Maintain detailed records of all CCTV cameras and manage procurement as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain a 5S organized workspace.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while upholding ethical standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
