Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (online & offline)
- Support sales initiatives by generating leads and improving conversion opportunities
- Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Work closely with management to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Proven experience in marketing and sales
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition
- Experience in the medical / clinics field is highly preferred
- Ability to plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Photography and videography
- Video editing and content creation for social media platforms
- Creative thinker with a strong business mindset
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive attitude
