Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAGIA services and Labor Office services accounts.
- Oversee civil defense, municipality licenses, and various legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and assist in governmental interactions.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Provide IT, payroll, and medical insurance services for the establishment.
- Handle translation of governmental articles and documentation.
- Attend HR meetings and manage administration tasks for the branch.
- Maintain communications with governmental ministries and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Saudi nationality required.
- Previous experience in government affairs preferred.
- Valid car license.
