Job Purpose:
You will manage and coordinate accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming customer payments and ensure timely bank deposits.
- Conduct balance confirmations and reconciliations for customer accounts.
- Resolve discrepancies and address customer queries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in annual budgets and forecasts related to customer sales.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax returns.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
