Job Purpose:
You will manage and coordinate accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming customer payments and ensure timely bank deposits.
  • Conduct balance confirmations and reconciliations for customer accounts.
  • Resolve discrepancies and address customer queries.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Assist in annual budgets and forecasts related to customer sales.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax returns.

Requirements:
  • Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • إجادة استخدام البرمجيات المحاسبية وبرامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel.
  • خبرة في إعداد التقارير المالية وإدارة الميزانيات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية ودقة في التفاصيل.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA تعد ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة في قطاع التعليم تعتبر ميزة.

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to take on a new challenge? Toyland KSA, a leading retail toy company established in 1985, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Makkah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that business transactions are reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Assist in the month-end close process and annual audit, including drafting financial statements.
  • Manage accounting transactions, including budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and report on the company’s financial health.
  • Ensure timely payments and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain financial data confidentiality and comply with financial policies.
  • Prepare and process Zakat payments.
  • Analyze expense variances and provide cost-saving recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Query.
  • Certification in CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills.
