As a General Accountant, your expertise will be integral to our financial operations and strategies.

- Implement daily and monthly accounting cycles, including invoice processing, financial statement preparation, and data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyze results to deliver accurate insights to senior management.
- Review and monitor costs while managing cash flows to ensure compliance with budgets.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Manage financial relations with banks and external entities, working towards improving credit and financing terms.
- Monitor and enhance accounting systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle necessary matters for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and financial laws.
- Support management in making strategic financial decisions by providing objective financial analyses and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, especially in contracting and real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax standards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data accurately.
