Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and email campaigns.
- Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels for consistent brand messaging.
- Manage the company's online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications.
- Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Lead and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian market trends and cultural sensitivities.
